It's been a long time since I've been this excited, to think I'll be trying something new and dangerous, last time I did that I was still a teenager. So I've decided to prepare and what better way to do so than exercise.
This blog is a place for all my journals and stuff to do with my upcoming book 'The call of the mountains'

Snozone part 1
Hey guys, girls and everyone inbetween
So over the weekend I visited the snozone in Milton Keynes, didn't get to do anything there apart from walk around and visit the shops. That means this will be more my thoughts of the location, not of the slope.
Inside the Exscape building there is a small shopping centre, a cinema, the indoor ski slope and and indoor skydiving wind tunnel. At the bottom of the slope there is a nice big open restaurant with windows looking out into the slope, so I bought a muffin and a coke and just sat there watching people having fun.
Shops wise they're mostly sports orientated, you have the Snowboard Asylum and then a couple of small snow shops, running shops and the usual couple of restaurants. Snowboard Asylum has a HUGE range and it's staff members are friendly and very knowledgeable.

Snowboarding lessons
Hi guys and girls, I thought I'd update you a bit on my journey, so today I've finally booked my snowboarding lessons at Milton Keynes Xscape which is rather exciting. It'll be on the 22nd of October so got a bit of a wait.
I booked a full day of lessons for myself and my girlfriend, that's 8 hours of boarding for the both of us. It's the first time I'll be doing anything like this but my girlfriend has been boarding before so we'll be fine..... I hope.
Sadly I can't take pictures there so I'll just have to write about it, wish me luck.
Adam
